In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 1-1/2-in. balls. Place 1 in. apart in ungreased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Combine the sauce ingredients; pour over meatballs. Bake, uncovered, at 350° until meat is no longer pink and a thermometer reads 160°, 45-50 minutes. Cool.
