Here's the very quick TLDR: Mod makes Gaia stylistically match much better with Ryne and other teenagers in this game, for immersion reasons, via a mesh and texture edit. Just get in there, set up a new one, and go on a degen shopping spree, but instead of follow directly, you go to the... above and click "add to custom feed" and that's it.
