Beasthood is a stat in Bloodborne that determines your maximum physical damage multiplier while using a Beast Blood Pellet or the Beast Claw. A higher Beasthood attribute grants a longer gauge when active; as the gauge fills, your physical damage increases while your defense decreases.Higher number increases the good and the bad i.e. more risk and more reward. You pop an item to gain the effect, the intensity of the effect is determined by stat. Higher = better but if you're not using beast pellets it doesn't matter.
