Now realistically, Tank Vlad has better sustain and tankiness but less overall damage ( AP Vlad deals 10%-90% more damage than Tank Vlad on certain abilities, scaling varies ), and has a bit more CC ( Ryali's ). AP Vlad has less CC and tankiness, but deals more sustained damage and burst.I personally ban malzahar every mid game just because it's the least fun to play against.
