Where does one get the recipe for Fortify Enchanting Potions? Also uesp.net lists 9 ingredients for this potion and there is a great crafting guide that lists 7 ingredients for the potion. Yet Alchemy only lets you combine 3 ingredients to make a potion. I'm confused on how to make it even if the recipe was listed in my list of recipes when I am at an alchemy table.
