Those look like they are potted with Scotchcast to fight water intrusion. You will need to buy a replacement if you want the same type. If not you can get two relays with harnesses from your local auto supply. One relay each for up and down. If you can find a double pole, double throw then you can do it with one relay.Shallow or dead drifting a Redfish crack with rubber legs. Casting it on a 7wt with a heavy head works for me but wind kills the rig fast. I trim the redfish cracks down a bit to cut down on drag and tie the poppers a bit sparse. Tomorrow I head back to Blue Ridge for another camping/fishing trip. I got the fishing for tomorrow and Saturday covered in the Ellijay area. Friday...I have run the Advent for two years now. It is a great 2 person skiff. Three people would be tight. I can tell you the performance of the Heron 16 vs the Advent is negligible.
