I personally love playing yorick mid. Like a lot of other top laners, you are not a squishy as most meta mid champs, so assassins struggle to all in you. Lethality yorick does really well into mages as well IMO. I still take my standard runes, grasp and the free boots, most of the time. But phase rush can be fun aswell
