If I had to pick between the two, I would pick El Farallon. While Sunset de Mona Lisa is great, the atmosphere is nice, the food was great, service was food. I felt that El Farallon had a more romantic vibe. We were there at 5:30, so we were able to watch the sunset and we saw multiple whales breach while eating.

Both are a special evening. El Farallon has a more reserve romantic experience. Sunset Mona Lisa has a busier energy. IMO the food is better at the El Farallon.
